Greenhouse labourer

Mastron Enterprises Ltd. ( Kingsville, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Greenhouse labourer. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Overtime required, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants.
• The candidate must report signs of insect or disease damage.
• The candidate must clean work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The work environment is smoke-free.
