Greenhouse labourer

Moretto Ingratta Farms Inc. in Leamington, ON is inviting applications for the position of Greenhouse labourer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment - Part time leading to full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Weekend, , 08:00 to 18:00. LMIA approved position.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening.
• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
