Freskiw Farms Barrie North Inc. in Hawkestone, ON is seeking a self-motivated General labourer - farm. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply the technique of hoeing between the row.
• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must cut horticultural crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
