General labourer - farm

Frank Hewgill Enterprises Ltd in Clarksburg, ON is seeking a self-motivated General labourer - farm. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must fertilize and spray crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
