This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours. LMIA approved position.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply the technique of hoeing between the row.
• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
