General farm worker

River Valley Poultry Farms Ltd. is situated in Newburgh, ON and is hiring a General farm worker to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.
• The candidate must detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
• The candidate must write daily basic progress reports.
• The candidate must set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
