Gas station manager

Esso OTR +Food in Thornton, ON is seeking a self-motivated Gas station manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.

• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
