Mako Wood Furniture Inc. in Surrey, BC is seeking a self-motivated Furniture finisher. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply toners, glazes or finishes to achieve desired results.
• The candidate must smooth gouges using wood filler and sand wooden surfaces.
• The candidate must make minor furniture repairs.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
