Fruit farm labourer

G & H Wiley Ltd in St. Catharines, ON is seeking a self-motivated Fruit farm labourer. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.
• The candidate must perform weeding.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
