Skyridge Glamping in Kananaskis, AB is inviting applications for the position of Front desk hotel clerk. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Term or contractPart time leading to full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• The candidate must provide general information about points of interest in the area.
• The candidate must process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be resourceful.
