Ksan Society ( Terrace, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Front desk agent. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Term or contractFull time. Work schedule: Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a shelter for the homeless, providing support, programs, and services to assist individuals experiencing homelessness.
