Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake ( Cold Lake, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Front desk agent. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• The candidate must provide general information about points of interest in the area.
• The candidate must process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
