Young's Market ( Winnipeg, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Food store supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
