Tim Hortons is situated in Banff, AB and is hiring a Food services manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
