Now hiring: Food services manager at Bluetail Sushi & Bistro in Kelowna, BC. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have successfully completed studies in Hospitality administration/management (other).
• The candidate must be accurate.
