Job Description

The candidate must hire food service staff.
The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
The candidate must manage kitchen operations.
The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
The candidate must develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs.
The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

The candidate must supervise food service operations.

Job Requirements
