Tim Hortons is situated in Lindsay, ON and is hiring a Food service supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
