Job Description

The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
