Bun Cha Cha is situated in Montréal, QC and is hiring a Food service supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must order supplies and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must maintain records within the inventory control system.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must supervise food service operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
