The Beefeater Steakhouse in Medicine Hat, AB is inviting applications for the position of Food service supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must demonstrate leadership.
