Job Description

The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
The candidate must prepare and submit reports.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
