Fen's market Inc. in Mactaquac, NB is inviting applications for the position of Food service supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
