McDonald's ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Food service supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
