Ang's Pizza & Bakery in Altona, MB is inviting applications for the position of Food service supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
