Tim Hortons in Fort Macleod, AB is inviting applications for the position of Food service supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
