B&B Roadhouse is situated in Dryden, ON and is hiring a Food service supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
