Food service supervisor

CC Bistro & Bar ( Crystal City, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Food service supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
