Subway is situated in Burlington, ON and is hiring a Food service supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate must work in a fast food outlet or concession, preparing and serving food from a minimal menu, handling take-out operations, and ensuring efficient service.
