Food counter attendant

Subway is currently looking for a skilled Food counter attendant. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered.

Job Description

• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must handle and store cleaning products.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
