Food counter attendant

Tim Hortons in Port Hope, ON is seeking a self-motivated Food counter attendant. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
