Food counter attendant

Subway sandwiches and salads ( Wetaskiwin, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Food counter attendant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
