Fairmont Hot Springs Resort in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC is seeking a self-motivated Food and beverage server. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billings.
• The candidate must describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers.
• The candidate must advise on menu selections.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• The candidate must serve food and beverages.
• The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
