Pride Pak Canada Ltd. ( Mississauga, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Food and beverage processing supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a fruit and vegetable processing plant to operate machinery, process products, and maintain food safety standards.
