Triple 8 Mushrooms ( Aldergrove, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Farm worker, mushrooms. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift. The LMIA has granted approval for this role.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
• The candidate must maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• The candidate must report information to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
