ALFRETA FARMS in Canfield, ON is seeking a self-motivated Farm worker, grain. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must harvest seedlings.
• The candidate must mix fertilizers.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
