ALFRETA FARMS is situated in Canfield, ON and is hiring a Farm worker, grain to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear fields of wood and stones.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
