Raymin Samra in Winfield, BC is seeking a self-motivated Farm worker, fruit. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must mix fertilizers.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
• The candidate must work in dirty environments.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
