Hans Estate Vineyards is situated in Osoyoos, BC and is hiring a Farm worker, fruit to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must guide growing shoots into optimal development positions.
• The candidate must maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
