Farm supervisor

AIB Enterprises Ltd. is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Farm supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must plan and prepare work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
