Edsonview Farms LTD in Abbotsford, BC is inviting applications for the position of Farm supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must consider water saturation, light, and temperature when planning for crop growth and development.
• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must implement soil fertility programs.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
