KPB Gills Four Seasons Nursery Ltd is situated in Abbotsford, BC and is hiring a Farm supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must oversee the activities of clearing fields.
• The candidate must oversee the process of hoeing crops.
• The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for provision of services.
• The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must hire and train staff.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
