Job Description
- The candidate must consider water saturation, light, and temperature when planning for crop growth and development.
- The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
- The candidate must divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
- The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
- The candidate must harvest seedlings.
- The candidate must mix fertilizers.
- The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
- The candidate must oversee the activities of clearing fields.
- The candidate must perform weeding.
- The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
- The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
- The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
- The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
- The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
- The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
- The candidate must hire and train staff.
- The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- The candidate must perform general farm duties.

- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
