Job Description
- The candidate must direct agricultural crop clipping activities.
- The candidate must direct agricultural crop deleafing activities.
- The candidate must follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced tillage, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover cropping.
- The candidate must interact with bees based on knowledge of their biology, behaviour, ecology, and caste system.
- The candidate must manage feed inventory activities.
- The candidate must mix fertilizers.
- The candidate must organize planting, cultivation and crop harvesting activities.
- The candidate must oversee the activities of clearing fields.
- The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.
- The candidate must maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
- The candidate must manage the overall operation of the farm.
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing marketing programs.
- The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
- The candidate must perform general farm duties.
- The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.

- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The candidate must show initiative.
