Douglas Lake Cattle Company ( 2633 Home Ranch LaneDouglas Lake, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Farm labourer. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must feed and tend animals.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be flexible.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in a room, and board provided dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being where our staff members thrive.
