Les Serres Savoura Ste-Sophie 3 Inc. ( Sainte-Sophie, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Farm labourer - harvesting. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be able to distinguish between colours.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
