Greenhorizons Sod ( Mount Hope, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Farm labourer, grain. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. This position has been approved by the LMIA.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear fields of wood and stones.
• The candidate must cultivate and manage vertical farming systems.
• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in dirty environments.
