Family physician

Parkview Medical Clinic is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Family physician to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Shift, To be determined shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must examine patients’ health conditions to identify diseases and injuries.
• The candidate must order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment.
• The candidate must prescribe and administer medications and treatments.
• The candidate must advise patients on health care.
• The candidate must coordinate or manage primary patient care.
• The candidate must provide emergency care when required.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
