Fabrication welder

Superior Millwright Inc. ( Dieppe, NB) is currently looking for a skilled Fabrication welder. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time position. Required shifts: Day, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
• The candidate must operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air, AOC).
• The candidate must operate hoisting and lifting equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
