Job Description

The candidate must supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
The candidate must create new recipes.
The candidate must instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
The candidate must supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
The candidate must consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
The candidate must plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants.
The candidate must plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
The candidate must supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Equivalent experience is acceptable.
