Job Description

  • The candidate must establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • The candidate must conduct research.
  • The candidate will be responsible for meeting with individuals, special interest groups, and other stakeholders to discuss issues, assess concerns, and recommend appropriate courses of action based on the discussions.
  • The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
  • The candidate must prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents.
  • The candidate must assist in data analysis and report preparation.

Job Requirements
